The Mineral B is a heavy carbon steel frying pan made in France from a single sheet of steel with a beeswax finish, seasoned by the cook and intended to last decades. It has no coating to wear off, which is what makes it repairable in the only sense a pan can be: strip it back and re-season. Manufacturing takes place at de Buyer's plant in Le Val d'Ajol.
