Miele W1 washing machine

The W1 is Miele's domestic front-loader washing-machine range. Miele develops and builds front-loaders at its Gütersloh plant in Germany and also builds washing machines at its Ksawerów plant in Poland; an efficiency programme announced in February 2024 states that assembly of almost all domestic washing machines is planned to move to Ksawerów in stages through to 2027. Miele says it tests its domestic appliances for up to 20 years of service life and keeps spare parts available for at least 15 years after a series ends. Domestic appliances carry a two-year warranty under Miele's German warranty conditions.
