The Charger4 is a full-size touring e-bike built around a Bosch mid-motor, with a suspension fork, a sprung seatpost and a fully integrated 750 Wh battery. Riese & Müller states that it works exclusively in Germany from the initial idea through to assembly, and starts building once a customer has configured a model rather than shipping from stock. The major components are bought in: the drive unit, battery and display come from Bosch, and a supplier profile published by the company in March 2022 shows Charger frames being made by Triangle's in Portugal.
