Tuta Mail is an end-to-end encrypted email and calendar service developed in Hanover. Unlike most encrypted providers it also encrypts subject lines and the address book, and it has moved its cryptography to post-quantum algorithms. The clients and server are open source, and the company owns the servers it runs on in German data centres.
